Monthly hosting and maintenance for website includes software updates and daily backups OFF SERVER. This is very important in the unlikely event there is a catastrophic issue with the server. Your site is SAFE and easily rebuilt from the back up once the server is repair or even if we need to move to a new server. Also included in your monthly service agreement is up to one hour of support for updates or changes you’d like to do to the site! This time is NOT cumulative. You must use it or lose it each month. You can use it for things like adding a page or learning how to edit your site on your own, telephone support or projects we can discuss that may last over several months. *any time over this one hour will be billed at the regular rate (currently $75 per hour)
